Calculator Estimates: The solar savings calculator provides estimates based on average Irish solar irradiance, typical system performance, and assumed electricity rates (~35c/kWh and 18.5c/kWh for export). Actual savings will vary based on:

  • Your specific roof pitch, shading, and orientation
  • Your actual electricity consumption patterns
  • Installer quality and equipment choice
  • Future energy prices (not predictable)
  • SEAI grant availability and rules (subject to change)
  • Grid export rates (Clean Export Guarantee varies by supplier)

Always consult a professional solar installer for a detailed site assessment and binding quote.

4. Limitations

In no event shall SolarSaver Ireland or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SolarSaver Ireland, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
